Microsuction uses state-of-the-art equipment to suction wax from the ear canal while viewing the area through a microscope.  It’s the most advanced method of ear wax removal, and in the past was only available from a specialist ENT clinician.

Sometimes, ear wax can be difficult to remove and requires manual removal.  Curettage uses thin metal removal devices to lift the wax from the ear canal.

Irrigation uses a warm jet of water to flush ear wax and foreign objects out of the ear.  Irrigation is the most common form of ear wax removal.
